More Endings

We got word from Prudence that this coming July will be the last Ravenwood.  That really hurts. Jackie and I had wishful thoughts of at least one of us being able to go back to CA and attend Ravenwood and see everyone back there.  I'm not sure we could pull that together by July.

I really do miss the folk.

Becoming Mom - part whatever

Okay, instead of hand sewing something as I normally would, I used the machine. The design works, the stuff for the project doesn't.  We need bigger pipe insulation. We're making drafty door blockers and the insulation is too small since we ripped out the carpets. So, first foray into sewing with a machine in a long time went well but the project is stalled until tomorrow or Friday.
