Chris came by and worked on the loose taping in the ceiling in the living room.

Joyful news: cousin Chris is coming up for a visit.  I'm going to make Kathy's casserole for him.

And right now, I'm tired.

My speciality. I found this recipe in an unusual book in my senior year in highschool and we gave it a try. Becoming Mom - part whatever

Okay, instead of hand sewing something as I normally would, I used the machine. The design works, the stuff for the project doesn't.  We need bigger pipe insulation. We're making drafty door blockers and the insulation is too small since we ripped out the carpets. So, first foray into sewing with a machine in a long time went well but the project is stalled until tomorrow or Friday.
